

One of the biggest concerns for many people is 'how do I ensure I get a fair price for my trade-in car or van?' And how do we agree a fair price when you are 200 miles away?
Surprisingly, it's not that difficult.
Firstly, we start off with a positive frame of mind - we are genuinely keen to take your present car or van in part-exchange. Why? Because we have separate divisions within our company that run very busy conventional used car and commercial sites. So we're always keen to buy good clean stock.
And if your car/van is older, high mileage or has some problems- it doesn't matter, we are still happy to part exchange it.
We'll even give you money back if your current car is worth more than the one you buy.
Agreeing the price
We take a different approach to some dealers in as much as we always try to give you what you want for your present car. So you tell us how much you are hoping to get and we'll try our best for you.
We'll agree a figure that we're both happy with - based on the description and information you've provided.
When you finally collect your nearly new car - or when we deliver it, we'll then have a quick look over your car to make sure the valuation is fair both ways. If there's something important that affects the value up or down a little, we'll agree an adjustment together.
