How many customers do you have? We sell in excess of 2,500 a year, so we have sold tens of thousands of cars over the years.
Delivery Do you offer a delivery service? Yes, we deliver throughout the UK. Choose your nearest town to get an indication of cost:
Can I collect my car? Yes, from our offices in Norwich.
Can I order a car without having to take it straight away? Yes, many of our cars are available for 'pre-order'. Many customers find this very convenient.
How would my car be delivered? Very carefully! We use our own experienced staff. They'll go through everything with you properly, and won't be in a rush.
About our cars and vans Do you stock all makes of nearly new car? No, we mainly stock Vauxhall and Ford models. But we have professional supply sources for many other makes.
What's the condition of cars from Driver's Choice? Main dealer standard, and often higher. Our prices are low but our cars are top-notch.
Where do your cars come from? A lot of our cars come from our own fleet - we run over 1,000 vehicles. All are fastidiously maintained. Other cars come from various reputable trade sources.
What's the advantage of buying nearly new? You can literally save thousands of pounds. Why throw money away on a brand new vehicle that's likely to plummet in value immediately you drive off the forecourt?
Prices How do your prices compare? Our prices are low - usually comparable with car supermarkets or even lower.
What do we lose because of the low prices? Nothing apart from a test-drive. Our cars and our service are comparable with main dealer or better.
How can you sell your cars at such low prices? Because we keep our overheads low and work on a small margin. We don't have an enormous showroom to heat or highly paid salesmen.

Do you offer Contract Hire Yes, contract hire on our nearly new vehicles can sometimes work out much less expensive than a brand new car. We also offer a wide range of other finance products too. See Finance.
Guarantees What guarantee will my car have? Your car will have the balance of the manufacturers guarantee, virtually all have three years from new. So if your car is six months old, you'll have two and a half years guarantee left.
Is this warranty the same a brand new car? Yes, it's the same warranty, just a few months less.
Is the bodywork guaranteed? Yes, you automatically get the balance of the manufacturers six-year anti-corrosion warranty.
Will my local dealer handle any warranty jobs? Of course. You can take your car to any relevant main dealer in Europe and have warranty work carried out.
Do you guarantee that the car I agree to buy will be as you describe it? Yes. And if it isn't, we'll deal with the situation to your entire satisfaction.
Part-Exchange Will you take my present car in part-exchange? Yes we will - whatever the make, model or condition.
How do I know I'm going to get a fair price. Because that's part of the way we operate. we always try to give the fairest possible price.
I still have some finance outstanding. Can I still trade my van in? Yes, call us and we'll chat to you about the options.
I need some cash back. Can I trade my car in for something less expensive? Yes, we're happy to give you money back if the vehicle you trade in is worth more than the car or van you buy.
Everything else Do you fit accessories? Yes, we recommend and apply/fit Gardx paint and upholstery protection; xenon headlamps and fitted carpet mats. And anything else you may need.
